The rates charged by this practice are as follows:
Rates:
$130.00 per 45-50 minute therapy session.
$150.00 per 75-90 minute EMDR session.
If six sessions are pre-purchased, a 10% discount is offered.
Grant:
For some individuals/families experiencing financial difficulties the cost of obtaining counseling is prohibitive. When available, this practice will offer a reduced rate based on client household income, number of dependents, and grant availability. We will typically look at a recent tax return as verification.
Insurance:
We are out-of-network providers for insurance plans and do not take insurance directly. This means that clients will pay full fee directly to us and we will provide a statement to you so that you may apply to your insurance company for reimbursement. You will have to call and ask your insurance network what that reimbursements might be.
Medicaid:
Accepted.
Victim Compensation:
This practice does work with Victims Compensation Funding.
Payments:
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. You may also utilize your Health Savings Account (HAS) or your Flex Spending Account (FSA) to pay for sessions.
Payment is due at time of service.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
